Let us Introduce Ourselves
We’re the two best friends behind Uncle Ethel. Designers by trade, we started this project as a way to take a break from the digital life.
What we didn’t expect was how many folks are out there doing the same thing. Putting pen to paper to be thoughtful, creative, messy. Wanting journals that are beautiful but functional, structured, but for chaos. Sometimes you gotta rant. Or be sad. Or weird. Or just plan your day.
We started making our own stickers because we couldn’t find any that matched ALL of that. Not every spread is cutesy — because life isn’t all the time — and we didn’t want our journals to feel like they had to be.
So now we’re building something useful, for ourselves and all you other crazy cats who get it. It’s very cool to get to be part of your pages.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada, the US, the UK, and most countries in the EU. All orders go out with tracked shipping through our carrier.
International orders (UK/EU) may be subject to import duties or VAT on delivery, and these orders can’t be returned once shipped.

If you're in Canada, why are your prices in USD?
Our shop uses USD to keep checkout simple, since many of our customers are in the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now ship to the UK and most countries in the EU. (However we are unable to prepay duties with our current carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT on delivery.)
We are currently working opening up to more countries very soon. We're new and are figuring things out one step at a time! Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we open up shipping.
When will I get my order?
We ship all sticker packs from our location in Alberta using Chit Chats. Delivery windows are estimates only. Luckily, they offer tracking, so you'll be kept up to date!
Canda & US
Can range from 2 business days up to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
International (EU/UK)
8-27 Business Days
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery estimate, please Email us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I return my order?
Because our stickers are lovingly produced and packed at home in small-batches, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right. Email us with your order number and a photo, within 7 days of delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship from Alberta using Chit Chats (tracked shipping).
Canada: costs vary by province, but here’s what you can expect (all prices in CAD):
- Western Canada: $7.50+
- Ontario & Quebec: $10+
- Atlantic Canada: $10.50+
- Territories: $10.50+
All province flat rates are an average of the varying rates. Your exact shipping cost will show up at checkout based on your address.
USA:
- Flat rate $8.00 (USD)
International (EU/UK):
- Rates vary by country and will show up at checkout once you enter your address. All international orders include tracking through our carrier(duties or VAT may be charged on delivery, and international orders can’t be returned once shipped.)
We know paying for shipping isn’t the fun part of sticker shopping. These are the lowest tracked rates we’ve been able to find. If you can swing it, thank you for supporting our weird little shop. If it’s out of reach right now, we get it, and as soon as we find a cheaper option, we’ll update things. Stay tuned.
Will you have other products available?
Yes. Since we are very new to this process, we're starting with the sample pack to test the waters. If the waters are good...lots more to come.
Where are your products manufactured?
We cut and print these in Alberta, Canada, at home. And on our Cricut. So while they’re made with tender-loving-care, perfection isn’t attainable.
