Refund policy

At Uncle Ethel, all our products are made in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our stickers, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.

We ship all orders via Chit Chats, using tracked services so you can follow your order on its way.

Delivery usually takes anywhere from 2 business days up to 2 weeks within Canada and the U.S., depending on your location.

For international orders (UK/EU), delivery typically ranges from 8–27 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to strikes, holidays, or weather, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

International orders may be subject to import VAT or duties upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and is marked undeliverable, the package is not returned to us and cannot be refunded.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your local postal carrier first. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages once they are marked delivered.

That said, we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at etheluncle@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.
